What are the payment options?
• We accept all credit card payments, Revolut, or BOV/APS Mobile Payment.
What is your return policy?
Personalized items are not accepted.
What is your delivery policy?
• Delivery is free of charge on orders over €70 to Malta, while for orders below €70, a delivery fee of €6 applies.
• Delivery is free of charge on orders over €35 to Gozo, while for orders below €35, a delivery fee of €3 applies.

• Deliveries are carried out till the main outside door on the ground floor of the delivery address only.

• Orders can also be collected for free and anytime from our lockers situated in our shop. We will send you a message/email to confirm the order is ready for collection.
Terms & Conditions
T&C:
1. We are not responsible for content errors after the client has approved files/artwork for printing.
2. The client has to pay the charges to ''fix'' the error when it is fixable.
3. Charges will apply to personalized material if you cancel an order.
4. Adjustments on personalized material can only be made if the production of the job has not started yet.
5. Personalized job returns are not accepted.
